Refund policy

At VannyVee Sports, we take pride in offering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as when it was received. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@vannyveesports.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Clearly write your order number on the outside of the package. You can find this in your original confirmation email.

3. Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our team.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. In cases of incorrect or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please note that we require photo proof of the defect before approving the return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes. If your order included discounted items, the refund will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the purchase price. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vannyveesports.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email support@vannyveesports.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
